Returns, Exchanges, & Special Order Needs

The Mad Popper takes pride in offering freshly popped popcorn on a daily basis. Because our product will perish, The Mad Popper is unable to accept returns or exchanges on purchases. Sales Tax

The Mad Popper is required to charge state sales tax to those who purchase product in North Carolina or send product to North Carolina. All other state sales taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Ordering Online

The Mad Popper makes ordering online easy. Simply follow the prompts on your screen to order and checkout. Upon payment you will receive an order confirmation that indicates your order number and order total. Please print this for your records. Gift certificates are not redeemable online at this time. Shipping

The Mad Popper ships all products via UPS. Shipping prices apply to all shipments in the United States, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Please contact us regarding shipping outside of the U.S. Shipping prices reflect current fuel surcharges. Products are shipped out within one business day.
